Soundcloud Meetup Day - 25 March 2011
When Soundcloud announced that they were organising a global meetup day the Music Producers Forum had to simply get behind it. Every month, a humble handful of us gather in Cafe Retro in Copenhagen. We are all connected primarily by our love of music, and at every meetup a new ‘random’ person discovers the meetup. There was only a few of us who were Soundcloud users, but by the nights end there’s guaranteed to be a few more to open up an account.
As a web based product, Soundcloud is a collaborative music producer’s best friend. The tool that facilitates the sharing ideas and thoughts with others in global music community, is right down the same alley of the spirit of the Music Producers Forum.
To Niklas at Soundcloud, thanks for the T-Shirts, badges and stickers. They were very much appreciated by the gang! And we have enough for the next meetup.
