First Music Producers Forum “Studio Workshop”

Tuesday 4 March is the date the first Music Producers Forum will be held at AR Studios in Botany (Sydney Australia). These free workshops, gives the Forum’s members a chance to hear and learn from from industry specialists in the music recording industry. Filip Saelen and AR Studio founder Ian Richardson are key speakers for this special “first” event.


Filip Saelen has extensive professional experience in audio, from broadcast to, audio post production for radio and tv commercials, editing and mixing of sound for picture for corporate movies and Sound Design.

Educated in Brussells, Filip has worked throughout Europe and is now working for professional audio distribution company, Amber Technology specialising with the range of effects units and professional microphones.

Filip will be demonstrating the range of professional microphones that he handles with Amber Technology, as well as audio production workflow techniques and some of the systems used.

Ian Richardson is the founder and owner of AR Studios. Ian has a great history experience of managing the audio requirements of major live productions of up to and over 15,000 people. Ian is also a professional photographer who is an expert in the imaging workflow process from shooting, post production and printing.

AR studios has been a multi purposed facility for photography and film shoots, with plans to expand its audio recording capabilities.

Live Studio Performances will also be conducted in the studio workshop by forum members.

A further review of this studio workshop will be published later this week.
